Launching Hotel Fontenot and its restaurants in 2021 required building brand awareness in a competitive New Orleans market, driving bookings, and establishing a strong social media presence to showcase the hotel’s amenities and cultural connections.
Tactics
- Manage Instagram and Facebook platforms for Hotel Fontenot, King Brasserie, and Peacock Room
- Develop and execute a dynamic social media content strategy that highlights key pillars: hotel amenities, things to do, booking CTAs, room packages, F&B, guest experiences, and programming/ activations
- Utilize a mix of graphics, reels, UGC, and content that promotes activations and programming to drive engagement and audience growth
- Collaborate with the Giant Noise creative team to capture high-quality content showcasing the hotel’s amenities, staff stories, and vibrant scenes from New Orleans.
