Located at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs, Tillie’s brought on Giant Noise to elevate the restaurant’s visibility and status in central Texas. The restaurant is helmed by Chef Andy Knudson who brings a wide array of culinary experience, having worked at Restaurant Daniel in New York City, in addition to Restaurant Guy Savoy in Las Vegas and many others. He also worked under mentor and celebrity chef Marc Forgione for many years, even as a member of his winning Iron Chef team. Giant Noise is helping to grow Tillie’s culinary fanbase – from sharing the restaurant’s delicious recipes and chef’s tips to inviting folks to experience the menu and helping expand Tillies’ roster of culinary awards.
