Dallas-based Stream Realty has initiated a Sixth Street restoration project, which will work to revitalize existing buildings on Sixth Street and develop more retail, restaurants, and neighborhood spaces. Stream Realty has partnered with architecture firm Clayton Korte to begin restoring over 30 properties on Sixth Street in 2024. Giant Noise is working to gain local press and community awareness for Stream Realty’s Sixth Street restoration project.
