Mama Betty’s is run by the Carrier family, who carry on the legacy of the original owner, Betty Carrier. Betty was a strong single woman of three boys, all while running her Mexican restaurant company. The establishment strives to bring people together through Tex-Mex cuisine and the same sentiment that drove Betty herself: a “Whatever It Takes” attitude.
