Katami

Katami is a sushi and wagyu destination that opened in late 2023 by four-time James Beard nominee Chef Manabu “Hori-San” Horiuchi. The term “Katami” means “gift” or “keepsake” in Japanese, a reflection of Chef Hori-San’s vision of presenting Japanese cuisine as a heartfelt offering to Houston. Katami is an expansion of the already thriving and existing Japanese cuisine hot spot, Kata Robata.
