Giant Noise successfully launched Kalimotxo, the bar concept located adjacent to Hestia. The basque pintxos bar was kept a secret up until opening which garnered local, regional and national press. The tapas bar which seeks to transport guests to a vibrant and energetic vibe has a stand-up bar and outdoor patio and often hosts a variety of different events. Through our efforts, we’ve positioned Kalimotxo as the go-to patio for shared plates and cocktails, as well as sips from the famous porron wine pitchers.
