Ezov, the newest concept from the award-winning Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, brings a taste of Israeli cuisine to Austin. Led by Executive Chef Berty Richter, the menu celebrates the markets of Tel Aviv and the bounty of Texas in a dynamic, yet elevated space. Berty was born and raised in Tel Aviv and has been cooking in Texas for seven years. Ezov’s menu reflects that blend of cultures while also showcasing the similarities of the culinary traditions along with local farming and agricultural practices.
