Ellis Bean

Ellis Bean is an arts and culture space in San Antonio with gallery, event, and party capabilities, founded by Peter Glassford. Ellis Bean’s namesake and values are inspired by Mexican Colonel Peter Ellis Bean and his “restless spirit that never quite fit in one country or the other.” The space is designed for dynamic, fluid use for artisans of all types and is available for event booking as of October 2025.
