Established in 2019 by Uchi alums Chef Daniel Lee and Chef Patrick Pham, along with business partner C.J. Short, Duckstache is a Japanese-focused restaurant group boasting seven chef-driven concepts and ten locations across Houston and Dubai. Duckstache introduces innovative culinary experiences that challenge the conventions of traditional Japanese cuisine.
