Since 2016, Giant Noise has represented the rapidly growing restaurant group Tatsu-Ya. First managing public relations for the then portfolio of two concepts, Ramen Tatsu-Ya and Kemuri Tatsu-Ya, and growing to include social media management and the addition of four more concepts: Domo Alley Gato Tatsu-Ya, Dip Dip Dip Shabu Shabu, Dip Dip Dip Ice Cream, and Tiki Tatsu-Ya, all of which were launched by the Giant Noise team.
Owner and Chef Tatsu Aikawa and his team are no strangers to creating extraordinary experiences and are known as culinary leaders in the Austin food scene and beyond. The challenge for Giant Noise was to create a unique social media brand presence that reflected the in-restaurant experience the Tatsu-Ya team worked so hard to create for each concept, with a voice and image style that differentiated the six concepts while still unifying each under the Tatsu-Ya umbrella.
The result was social strategy and content creation that sought to take the Tatsu-Ya digital presence to the next level; much like the restaurant group does with each restaurant concept.
