Texas' premiere festival producers continue to expand with new events across the country

Helping introduce event concepts to new markets, while taking existing festival properties to new heights across Texas and beyond

ScoreMore Shows is one of the largest concert promoters and festival producers in the country, and they’re behind some of Texas’s most beloved music events. Founded in 2010, the Austin-based company has made a name for itself by being a tastemaker in booking artists such as Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Chance the Rapper, and many others before they became recognized global stars.

In addition to booking over hundreds of concerts each year across the Southern US, ScoreMore currently owns and operates three successful music festivals in Texas – JMBLYA (Dallas, Austin and Houston), Neon Desert Music Festival (El Paso) and Mala Luna Music Festival (San Antonio).

Giant Noise has worked closely with their leadership team since 2015 to help bring each of their festival properties to new heights in terms of audience engagement and media coverage, in addition to announcing business-related news, such as the acquisition and merger with Live Nation Entertainment in mid-2018. Working to position the team as experts in the festival landscape, as well as tastemakers in culture and youth, ScoreMore has become the premiere millennial-facing festival producers in the country with recent accolades and coverage including New York Times, Billboard, Pollstar,  Texas Monthly, Forbes, Complex and more.

More specifically, Giant Noise has helped the traveling hip-hop festival JMBLYA more than double its attendance since working together in 2015. The 2018 event hosted 80,000 unique attendees across three stops in three days in Dallas, Austin and Houston.

We’ve also coordinated several media FAM trips and hosted international media at Neon Desert Music Festival in El Paso, including Vogue México, Remezcla, NYLON Español and GQ México, to name a few.

Giant Noise also helped launch Mala Luna Music Festival in San Antonio in 2016, with attendance nearling doubling to 50,000 total attendees in a fully sold-out Year 2 last fall.

Giant Noise is also working with the ScoreMore team, as well as the Grammy-award winning emcee J. Cole and his Dreamville Records team, to launch the inaugural Dreamville Festival this September in Raleigh, which J. Cole himself is curating. Stay tuned for more exciting events from some of the best in the industry today!
