LeBlanc + Smith is a New Orleans-based hospitality group founded by Robért LeBlanc. With each concept, Ro worked to create concepts that spoke to the culture of the city of New Orleans and exuded Southern hospitality. Since opening, Longway Tavern has been named Esquire’s Best New Restaurant in 2018 and Garden & Gun’s South’s Best New Bars in 2018, along with many other accolades and awards across each concept.
Giant Noise has provided public relations support since 2018 for all the concepts, including the newest venture for the group, Hotel Chloe. This will be the first hotel project for LeBlanc + Smith—a 14-room hotel off of St. Charles Avenue. We worked with the LeBlanc + Smith team to craft key messaging around the hotel as well as for the newly opened Longway Tavern. Before the opening of Hotel Chloe, we organized a press trip to New Orleans and set up desksides for Ro and team to speak about the inspiration behind the hotel and what’s to come for the concept and group overall.
In addition to managing announcements and openings, we secured interest from high-profile local and national media contacts, coordinating reservations and meetings for media to experience the concept first-hand to allow them to share their experience with their respective networks and, ultimately, secure press coverage.
We expanded our services with LeBlanc + Smith to provide full social media management for all of their platforms, creating a unique voice for each concept and integrating each brand further into the New Orleans community through community management and a targeted digital ad strategy.
Since beginning work with LeBlanc + Smith, Giant Noise has secured coverage of their innovative concepts in top culinary, travel, and lifestyle publications, including Vogue, Esquire, Garden & Gun, Food & Wine, Maxim, Conde Nast Traveler, and more.
