COVER 3 is a locally owned and operated restaurant group that provides guests with an elevated food experience: scratch-kitchen menu options, craft cocktails, local beers, and high-end wine offerings in a sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere. Over a decade after it was founded, in 2008, the restaurant has expanded to four locations in Central Texas, including San Antonio and Round Rock, and added a second restaurant concept in COVER 2. Our team has created comprehensive campaigns that bridge the connection between PR, social media, and in-store promotions. These campaigns include the creation of “Double-Dollar-Days,” featuring double donations for orders of COVER 3’s PFC pickles for which a portion of proceeds are donated to the restaurant’s designated charity partner in Austin, Partnerships for Children; a day-long, tailgate-style outdoor party dubbed “Great Texas Tailgate” in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the original location on Anderson Lane; a month-long, charity-driven campaign in celebration of the 2019 Women’s World Cup and benefitting PFC that featured raffles, bracket competition, a toy drive, and country-themed wing flavors.
