Grain-obsessed Emmer & Rye opened in November 2015 and was welcomed into the Austin culinary scene as one of the hottest spots in town. Since opening, Emmer & Rye has been named one of the Best New Restaurants in Texas Monthly’s Where to Eat Now 2016 and Chef Kevin Fink has been named one of FOOD & WINE Magazine’s 2016 Best New Chefs.

Giant Noise was able to help launch Emmer & Rye’s reputation as one of the country’s best new restaurants and has since worked with their team to establish the unique restaurant in trend pieces and beyond.
