David Cirilli
Giant Noise partner/principal Dave Cirilli joined the firm in 2007. He brought with him a specialty in creating strategic campaigns and a wide-ranging expertise handling corporate, online, media, non-profit, political and entertainment clients, as well as authors and personalities.

Before joining Giant Noise, Cirilli worked at the public relations firm Sunshine, Sachs & Associates (formerly Ken Sunshine Consultants). There, he represented high-profile clients including Live Earth, The Huffington Post, actor/director Tyler Perry, Citysearch.com, and "Hounddog" — one of the most talked about films of the 2007 Sundance Film Festival.

Prior to joining Sunshine, Cirilli worked as the publicity manager for Wenner Media, where he represented Rolling Stone magazine and Men’s Journal. Cirilli launched his career in 1999, at well-known music firm Big Hassle Media, where he worked with the Bonnaroo Music Festival, Widespread Panic, Dave Matthews Band, the Bad Plus, the Grateful Dead and others. Cirilli is based in New York City.


Elaine Garza
Elaine Garza founded Giant Noise in January 2006. Since inception, the company has grown to include offices in New York City and Austin with a client roster that represents some of the most respected brands in the country.

Prior to founding Giant Noise, Garza served as director of communications for a host of award-winning titles that included music publications VIBE, Spin and the critically acclaimed Outside magazine. In addition to her work with industry trades such as Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter and Adweek, Garza also managed the publicity campaign for the Jeep World Outside Festival, a 23-city interactive music tour featuring Sheryl Crow, Train and Maroon 5. Garza's PR expertise also includes a five-year tenure at HarperCollins Publishers, where she worked on publicity campaigns for Howard Stern, Alice Waters and Joan Rivers. Garza is based in Austin, Texas and serves on the board of the Austin Music Foundation.


Jada Williams
Prior to becoming a partner at Giant Noise, Jada Williams’ expertise has spanned media, fashion, beauty, entertainment and corporate publicity. Her experience includes PR campaigns and releases for multi-platinum recording artist Mariah Carey; the Pernod Ricard Group’s cognac brand, Martell; and Marc Ecko Enterprises, including the launch of G-Unit Clothing, Marc Ecko’s collaboration with artist 50 Cent.

Williams has also managed publicity outreach and branding for the most recognized names in publishing, including Outside magazine, Dennis Publications, VNU Business Media, VIBE/SPIN Ventures and Latina. Williams has garnered extensive national coverage for clients such as The Hollywood Reporter, SPIN, Billboard, and Adweek, as well as an array of signature events that include the Billboard Latin Music Awards, The VIBE Awards, and The Hollywood Reporter "Women in Entertainment Luncheon," to name a few. Williams is based in New York City.
